When can I purchase or make changes to my membership?
Our desk hours are M +Th 11:30-5:30, Tu+W 9-3 and weekends by prior appointments only.
We are available in person or via phone to help. To become an established member you must stop in during desk hours to complete initial paperwork.
Once you have become an established member we can complete payments via phone or through a card on file. .
*Please note that a keycard is included in your initial membership costs. If you have lost or damaged your card, a new card is available for $2.oo and can be replaced during our desk hours when needed.
What are your hours?
Our desk hours are M-TH 11:30 to 5:30 and weekends by appointments only, but once you have become an established member you have 24/7 access to our fitness facility.
How do I sign up for a class?
If you are a member, your membership includes all regularly scheduled fitness classes. All you need to do is grab some tennis shoes, a water bottle and meet us in the group fitness classroom a few minutes before the designated class time. If you are dropping in, please stop at the front desk or let your instructor know and we will make sure you are taken care of. For bootcamps, small group training or specialty classes-you must be signed up with our front desk staff prior to the start date, and special directions will be given for those classes.
Can I take a class if I’m not a member?
Absolutely, we love seeing new faces. We have a $8.00 drop-in fee for visitors. Please stop at our front desk prior to class or let your instructor know. Our group fitness classroom is located towards the back of our facility and we LOVE visitors.
Do you offer family memberships?
We do, and what an amazing activity to do together. We have a base rate for a couple, and have options for any additional family members. Children must be under 21 and living in the same household to be included on the family membership.
What is included in my membership?
Membership includes 24/7 access to our fitness facility along with any of our regularly scheduled classes. Tanning can be purchased at a reduced rate to members. Our facility does have locker rooms with showers, you will just need to provide your own toiletries and towel.
How much is tanning and sauna use per month on top of my membership?
Tanning is an extra $20/mo on top of your membership to have unlimited access to our tanning facility. We offer a standup and a lay down tanning bed. Please note you must add tanning to your membership to be granted tanning room access. Our Infrared Sauna is by appointment only and requires its own package or single use purchases.
