FLOW

This class is fluid movement from one yoga pose to the next while connecting with your breathing. It incorporates strength, flexibility, balance, and physical/ mental stamina all in one session.

Flow means to move without resistance,”

and this class focuses on djust that. Utilizing blankets, straps and blocks this class works towards full relaxation for those that attend.

PULSE

This low-impact, total body sculpting class delivers results, no doubt.

This class focuses on tightening your muscles in ALL the right places; arms, buns, legs + core. You will pulse! You will shake! You most definitely will feel the burn, but your body will love you for it. This class often uses props + weights, and a barre for stability.

FLEX

This class is a total body strength class focused on building a strong foundation.  Each class will incorporate elements of strength training, and can be combined with mat work and cardiovascular training to increase power and strength.  This low impact class will utilize a mixture of barbell, dumbbells, resistance bands, and body weight for that full body workout.

RISE

Basic stepping, just like walking up and down stairs, is at the heart of our Rise class- a full-body cardio workout to really strengthen your cardiovascular endurance.

Expect upbeat, rhythmic stepping, mixed with squat, lunge and lower body patterns to work the legs.

Combine this with upper body lifts and movements, and the end result is a fun, uplifting, full-body workout!

FLEX FUSION

Using everything from barbells all the way down to bands and body weight exercises-Flex Fusion uses multiple strategies to approach strength training. Along with our main lifts, we also incorporate aspects of pilates and physical therapy. 

The end result is a full body workout designed to help create balance in your body that improves your overall health and wellness.

REV

Our cycling class is a cardio based, full-body workout that uses a stationary bike as a vehicle for low-impact, high-intensity training. While we often utilize the beat,  you can take it at your own pace. Together we pedal through climbs, sprints, jumps and travels, always overcoming each hill a little stronger than when we started. Bikes are utilized for the first portion of class followed by strength + core training.

bounce

All bounce workouts are done on a rebounder (also called a mini trampoline). This vigorous, heart-pumping class is equal parts challenge and fun. BOUNCE splices low impact / high intensity cardio intervals on the rebounder, with sculpting and creative calisthenics to tone and strengthen the entire body. Come bounce your hour away with us.

ShRED

This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to strengthen your body, improve your endurance and clear your mind. Throughout the class you will focus on different exercise disciplines including speed, resistance, endurance, performance and conditioning.
