This class is fluid movement from one yoga pose to the next while connecting with your breathe. It incorporates strength, flexibility, balance, cardio and physical/ mental stamina all in one session. Flow means to move without resistance,” and this class incorporates interval and cross-training exercises to challenge both the aerobic and anaerobic systems of the body.
This low-impact, total body sculpt + tone class delivers results, no doubt. This class focuses on tightening your muscles in ALL the right places; arms, buns, thighs + abs. You will pulse! You will shake! You most definitely will feel the burn, but your body will love you for it. This class often uses props + weights, and a barre for stability.
This class is a total body strength class focused on building a strong foundation. Each class will incorporate elements of strength training, and can be combined with mat work and cardiovascular training to increase power and strength. This low impact class will utilize a mixture of barbell, dumbbells, resistance bands, and body weight for that full body workout.
Basic stepping, just like walking up and down stairs, is at the heart of our Rise classes- a full-body cardio workout to really tone your lower body. Expect a mixture of upbeat, rhythmic stepping, with squat and lunge patterns to work the legs. Combine this with upper body movements like burpees, and push ups and the result is a fun, uplifting, full-body workout!
A concentrated workout focused on developing and toning your glutes to stabilize and strengthen your body?
Yes please. This 30 minute class utilizes specialized resistance bands to target the glutes from multiple planes (standing, hands and knees, lying on your back or side and more) which allows for a full body experience.
Our signature cycling class is a cardio based, full-body workout that uses the stationary bike as a vehicle for low-impact, high-intensity interval training. While we often utilize the beat, you can take it at your own pace or go all out. Together we pedal through climbs, sprints, jumps and travels always overcoming each hill a little stronger than when we started.
All bounce workouts are done on a rebounder (also called a mini trampoline). This vigorous, heart-pumping class is equal parts challenge and fun. BOUNCE splices low impact / high intensity cardio intervals on the rebounder, with sculpting and creative calisthenics to tone and strengthen the entire body. Come bounce your hour away with us.
This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to strengthen your body, improve your endurance and clear your mind. Throughout the class you will focus on different exercise disciplines including speed, resistance, endurance, performance and conditioning.
